Hawaii Retreats

Personal retreats in Hawaii are a powerful and enjoyable way to clear away the old and invite a fresh perspective into your life. What better place to shed the rough past and to remember the feeling of mother nature’s gentle embrace than Hawaii? This healing can happen if you make your self care a priority. Then you will see why many of my clients make an annual journey to Hawaii to renew themselves.

Think of these personal retreats as part inner work intensives and part vacation in paradise. We work for 2-3 hours in the morning together for a few days in a row, giving you the rest of the day to explore the islands. These retreats can be deeply transformative, helping you to realign with what is most important to you in your life. From this place of clarity, manifesting tangible changes becomes a much more fluid and enjoyable process.

Securing your personal retreat for 2018 begins with a free 30 minute Q&A and planning session by phone or Skype. In this meeting, a customized retreat ranging from 2-4 days are planned. Most people stay for a total of 7-10 days to also enjoy the surfing, scuba diving, dining scene, and cultural events that have made the Hawaiian Islands known throughout the world. Island hop to see the treasures of the outer islands such as the volcano on Big Island, fly to Maui to enjoy the art galleries and renowned dining of Lahaina, or visit Kauai to see just why they call it the Garden Isle.

Step 1

The first step to designing your personal retreat is to recognize that you deserve healing. By clearing a path for Life to reach you, your deepest longings can finally be fulfilled. This process begins before you even book your plane tickets, at the very moment when you admit to yourself that you are worth it. Giving yourself the gift of healing opens the doors of possibilities to Life and helps you clarify your most important relationships.

Personal retreats can be done alone or with trusted friends and family members. Cost sharing options are available for those who wish to come as a small, intimate group of 6 or less. Bring your romantic partner and work together to clear a path for the relationship to thrive. Bring you favorite workshop buddy or best friend for support and shared celebration of your lives. Why wait to feel the fullness of your life? Hawaii is calling.

Where to Stay

We transform the place where you stay into the healing space. I guide you to spaces that are the best match for what you personally need. Some people want to be in the fun and action of Waikiki so that their celebration is also conveniently located to dining and cultural opportunities. Other wish to be in a rental home on a remote beach away from the hustle and bustle of town. Those who wish to experience luxury will be happy with the selection of high end hotels in and around the Waikiki area and on the North Shore. There are also several AirBnB options as well for a more home-like feel.

Based on the budget shared during the initial meeting, a few options and resources of specific places will be offered to you so that you can create the best experience possible.

What Happens in a Retreat

Personal retreats can utilize multiple modalities, such as Bloodline Healing to clear away family karma, Energy Healing to cleanse and repairs the mind, body, and spirit, or intuitive guidance to re-establish a rhythm in your life. In the planning meeting, we will hone in on the approaches that will best match your current needs.

One way to clarify what you would like to work on during your personal retreat is to make a wish. When we make a wish when we see a shooting star or before we blow out birthday candles, we open ourselves to receiving it by admitting what we long to experience by saying the wish. In the healing process, making a wish sets an intention for the work, the same way that entering an address into a GPS gives us a clear destination. If you have several wishes, we can prioritize the wishes during the planning meeting and customize the schedule around those intentions.
